The Napa Valley Film Festival (NVFF) is a five-day film, food, and wine festival celebrating its tenth anniversary November 11-15, 2020. Submit your film for the chance to partake in NVFF?s truly one-of-a-kind festival experience that celebrates the cinematic arts, enriches the community, and educates the aspiring filmmakers of tomorrow. NVFF showcases an outstanding presentation of independent filmmaking throughout the Napa Valley, building a strong sense of community around the art of visual storytelling and promoting the year-round education and outreach initiatives that fuel our non-profit mission. Film screenings, special networking events, and parties are accompanied by the world-class food and wine of the Napa Valley, connecting artists and audiences through the tasteful integration of film, food, and wine programming. Filmmakers will have the opportunity to screen their film at a variety of venues across the Valley and participate in engaging Q+As, as well as industry-specific panels and workshops. Participants in the Narrative and Documentary Features categories within NVFF?s core competition will partake in the Artists-in-Residence program. In addition to presenting the program, Meadowood Napa Valley also awards twin $10,000 cash prizes to Best Narrative and Best Documentary Feature.
