I take this opportunity to send you a cordial greeting from Shorts México International Short Film Festival of Mexico. We are celebrating the fifteenth edition as the only film festival dedicated exclusively to national and international short films.
Our fifteenth edition will take place from September 2 to 18, 2020 with a hybrid format where more than 800 short films will be broadcast online on digital platforms of our headquarters and on streaming platforms, in addition to having face-to-face functions at Cinemex Reforma 222 and Cineteca Nacional.
With this we managed to fulfill the main objectives of the festival which are: to exhibit, disseminate and promote national and international short films, decentralize the exhibition of short films in Mexico, promote the production of short films, promote interaction between the public and short film makers, as well as create new audiences, creation of new formats to broadcast the short and promote cinematographic capacity and creation.
